• Possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be restricted from receiving financial services in your country.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and verification (KYC/KYB requirements).

• You must create a user account to access most platform features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify Kimance immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• Kimance may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, non-compliance, or misuse.

By using Kimance, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Use the platform only for authorized financial transactions and activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements.
• Avoid using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Respect the rights of other users, merchants, and partners.

• Some services on Kimance may involve fees, commissions, or subscription costs.
• Fees are clearly disclosed in the platform and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Transactions are processed through Kimance Pay, and settlement times may vary depending on the method and partner network.

• Kimance facilitates transactions in multiple currencies.
• Transaction limits may apply based on user verification level, jurisdictional regulations, and risk assessments.
• Kimance reserves the right to temporarily hold or reject transactions that appear suspicious or non-compliant.

• Users and businesses must comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) requirements.
• Kimance conducts identity verification and due diligence to prevent fraud, money laundering, and financial crimes.
• Failure to complete verification may result in restricted account access or suspension.

• Users may submit content, reviews, or requests through the platform.
• By submitting, you grant Kimance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content for platform operations.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

• Kimance retains all rights to software, code, design, trademarks, logos, and AI algorithms.
• You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the platform without explicit permission.
• User content remains the property of the user, subject to the license granted to Kimance above.

• Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
• Kimance collects, processes, and shares data to provide services, comply with regulations, and improve user experience.
• You consent to international transfer of data where necessary to operate the platform.

• Kimance implements industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and monitoring.
• Despite best practices, no system is completely immune to risk. Users acknowledge inherent risks of digital financial transactions.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and reviewing transactions.

Kimance provides services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses due to:

• Internet or network failures
• Partner service downtime
• Unauthorized access due to user negligence

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kimance, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses from use of the platform
• Loss of funds due to unauthorized access
• Any business, profit, or opportunity losses

• Kimance may suspend or terminate your account for violation of Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements.
• Users may terminate their account by contacting support and settling all outstanding obligations.
• Termination does not relieve users of fees, compliance obligations, or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada (Kimuntu Power Inc.). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts or arbitration forums of the designated jurisdiction.

Kimance may update these Terms to reflect platform improvements, regulatory requirements, and changes in services or fees. Notice will be provided through the platform or email. Continued use of Kimance constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
